Advantages: easy to use, reliable

Argos is a very easy and convenient place to shop. The thing that I love most about them is the reassurance that if you see something that in their free catalogue or on their website, you know that it is sure to be there (presuming its in stock). Like some shops websites don't have them products in store. Or better yet reserve online and pick up in store or just buy online. Their service is excellent.

Buying in store is incredibly easy, though can take quite a long time if there is a big queue, which their quite often is. You just look in the catalogue for the product, write the order number on a order sheet, go to the till and pay for it and get a call-out number. Then wait a few minutes minimum, and collect your product. If you have reserved online, you just go straight away and collect.

Overall, the shop is great and easy. Though sometimes you have to wait in line for a long time and also Argos don't always have the cheapest prices.
