As most of you are aware Argos has been around for a fair few years and in the time that it has been around, it should've used the experience that it has gained from being a business and use it to benefit the customers. In my experience, Argos product line has increased drastically but customer service has decreased as well, it seems that they want to save as much money as they can on staff and training them. Also I will mention at this point that trying to return something thats faulty is a pain if they have been opened and used So beware to check everything before you put it together.

I don't think all that much of Argos furniture however saying that I did buy a half price computer desk from them which seems to be of quite good quality and good clear instructions.

I have heard and seen bad things with regards to people buying sofas from Argos, I would personally go to somewhere that sells sofas as a main product line.

But argos is good for Kids toys, games and Consoles. I would recommend Argos for certain big brand products as long as the price is right.
