Argos - what a waste of time .... (Argos)

Disadvantages: poor service and unhelpful staff

I took a trip into town today , my sole purpose was to go to Argos and order two items costing a total of ver 120pounds . I was told that there was none of the items I wanted were in stock and no other stores had them , I said ok can you order them in and the lady at the till said no .
She told me to come back in 2-3 days , I work so that is really inconvient , so i'll would have had to leave it to the weekend . I was really annoyed that she couldn't just order me one then and there or phone me when the items come into stock .

In the end I was so annoyed that I bought the items somewhere else so Argos lost 120 pounds just because they wouldn't order me something that was in the catalogue . I also found that the staff really didn't want to help , I certainly won't be going there in a hurry .
