Disadvantages: have sacrifices been made for the price cuts?

I have shopped at an ASDA in Kent many many times even though it is a considerable journey from my house. Why? Because the quality matched that of other supermarkets but the prices didn't! I am a rational consumer! If I can shop for equivialnet products at a lower price i will. Wouldn't everybody?

But I nolonger live in Kent but have moved to Hampshire. Since my move Walmart took-over ASDA and I nolonger shop there!

The last two times i have shopped at ASDA I purchased that nights dinner as well as other groceries. On both occasions I was up all night with food poisoning. This has never happened with Waitrose or Sainbury's.

Now it may be pure coincidence but i have voted with my feet! I Can't afford to lose more time off work so i shop elsewhere!

Summary:
