Great prices, big savings (Asda)

I don't usually shop at ASDA because it is out of time and I don't drive but a friend told me about a courtesy bus service that they run in this area so I decided to give it a try.

I was suprised at how cheap the everyday shopping items like bread, margarine, milk and teabags are. I bought bread (large white sliced) for 15 pence, beans for 9 pence, peas for 9 pence, sugar for 58 pence, etc, etc.

The trolley full of groceries I purchased (all staple items and no luxury items) cost me £17 which is £6 less than I expected to pay in my usual supermarket.

I'm changing to ASDA if it can cave me that much money.
