Advantages: cheap !, wide range of products!, stores nationwide.
Disadvantages: ?
After recently shopping at our local Asda store i was very chuffed to see the amount of money which i had acctually saved my self!
I would ussually do the shopping at Tescos but as i was shopping near to an asda store and i had heard so many good things on it i decided to give it a go, and it payed off big time.
I would ussually spend around £50 on shopping but i managed to narrow it right down to an amazing £30 with there own brand stuff tasting absolutly fantastic not like tesco's which is probably why i have saved so much more money as i knew that i could buy there home brand stuff and like it from experiance!Try there home brand stuff it is very very good quality and will not dissapoint you, as well as the home brand stuff being cheap all the top brands eg walkers chrisps are cheaper then tesco's and a whole wide range of products!
Asda sells a whole range of stuff from tv's to cd's and videos to clothes to food it is really good as all this is real good quality and you will find yourself to be quiet suprised at how much Money you can save yourself!

- 07/09/01 I used to work for a company that produced some of Asdas home brand stuff and it was exactly the same as Sainsburys luxuary and tescos premiunm and Del monte stuff the only actuall difference was the quality of the packaging, hence the cheaper price, I like smart price stuff too and asda home brand crisps, made by Golden Wonder I let you know.
