Advantages: good product selection

Disadvantages: busy store at peak times

Our local Asda store in Bristol has now been re-named Asda Walmart (as we all know the american giants have taken over)
I went the this store yesterday which is HUGE ! They have made it so much more accesible, their range of clothing by GEORGE has grown however there doesnt seem to be much clothes for babies ie 0-18 months as there was before. I have always been impressed with Asda on the whole and seem to get much more for my money than with any other store. They have a wide selection of products and now have a gardening and DIY section too.

It will be interesting to see what happens in a few months as this store gets very busy and in the "old days" their shelves seemed to get very bare by the end of the day. I know that this store is open 24 hours and that is also brilliant. We used this before christmas, got up there at 2.30 am and left by 4 am, I had a 3 week old baby so thought rather than fight the way round we would do it that way. The store is yet to opened officially and will take another trip there when it is, perhaps this time there wont be as many pallets of products in the aisles.
