Advantages: Cheap and well stocked.

Disadvantages: I still hate shopping!

Now I'm not one to get excited about trips to the supermarket.
In fact I'll be honest and say its one of my pet hates. Like a lot of people I'm restricted to going at the busier times which makes me even more grouchy about going!
I've done the rounds, tried them all and find them all much of a muchness.
But I must say I had a pleasant surprise when I returned to Asda recently. I'd stopped going after continually finding that they had no milk or bread on a Friday night (as if they didn't KNOW people stocked up for the weekend).
Things have certainly changed. I've tested this out now for several weeks and can confidently say Asda now has plenty of bread and milk (even at busy times). Indeed Asda has plenty of everything. There is a whole range of new foodstuffs and whatsmore the prices have dropped! Even better, they have sorted out their long-queues-on-a-Friday-night-syndrome and there is only ever one person on front of us at the till.
The staff are very pleasant too (but they always were)

I'm the first to have a moan on Dooyoo about poor service so I felt it only right to give a round of applause to Asda for improving dramatically…
