We do our regular monthly shop in Asda. We have been doing this for about five years. This doesn't mean that we don't shop anywhere else, we do a lot, but Asda is our most frequented shop because it is close to where we live and although Asda is not the absolute cheapest supermarket, the prices are quite good for the quality. The Asda ... Read the complete review

Asda was my local supermarket until recently, therefore I have shopped in Asda once or twice a week for the past 5 years. I find Asda the cheapest supermarket and their range of smart price goods very wide. Often having to walk around the store using the calculator on my phone as I was on a budget, I found their smart price goods ... Read the complete review

Aldi is a chain of supermarkets selling discounted food stuff and other items. Stores tend to be small in terms of Supermarkets and you don't get the product range that you would get in Tescos or Sainsburys. Stores are usually open til 8pm on a weeknight and usual opening times on a Sat and Sun. In this respect Aldi can't compete with ... Read the complete review

If you want food, dvds, cds, games, clothing, gifts, make up, cards, newspapers etc then it has to be Asda. Food shopping is not my favourite thing to do, but as it is a necessity then Asda takes up most of my food buying time. The clothing is very reasonable and caters from 0-90 years old. Their clothing is good value for money and ... Read the complete review

My review on Asda has got mixed feelings about the supermarket because they are good for some things and bad for other things. Their roll back prices are much better prices than Tesco's! Asda can not match Tesco though for giving customers more back as no loyalty card has ever been put in yet by them. They also do not have much products like Tesco ... Read the complete review

Well some may see my review as biased as I work in Asda. In my view Asda is a great supermarket with value which cannot be beaten anywhere else in the UK. This is backed up by the fact that it is the lowest price supermaket for tha last 11 years running. As I work in the Off licence section I must say that the offers are fantastic with large cases ... We're lucky enough to have a good choice of supermarkets near our house. Within a five mile radius there is a small Somerfields, a large Morrisons, a large Sainsbury's and a simply massive Asda. The benefit of this is that we can go to each one when certain high-value items (beer etc.) are on offer. However, for our weekly shop we seem ... Read the complete review

Everybody knows that Asda is a supermarket that sells food and clothes, but not everybody knows about their excellent in-store photo centre, and so that's what I'll focus on in this review. The photo centre is usually tucked-away in a corner near to the CDs and DVDs and is the place where we always have our photos developed. We choose ... Read the complete review

There isn't an Asda close to us really, so it wasn't until recently that I started to shop there; infact we only started shopping there at the beginning of this year and now it is a regular thing! The Asda I paid my first visit to was the store in Long Eaton (Midlands). On first impressions of the outer store and car park were that I was ... Read the complete review

We used to alternate between Asda and Tesco but now only used Asda for our main shop as their customer service is head and shoulders above Tesco's. In complete contrast to Tesco every time we have had cause to speak to the customer serivice desk they have been nothing but helpful. They always refund without question if we have been overcharged for ... Read the complete review

I first became aware of ASDA when they built a new store in Taunton when I was still at secondary school. I visited it a few times not long after it opened, but it certainly wasn't a store my dad would ever shop in - he preperred Sainsburys, M & S and Liptons. My 1st wife and I used Asda a lot as it was the most convenient shop ... Read the complete review

I go to my local Asda once a week and do a big shop. The main reasons I go to Asda is the price and choice. Where I live there are supermarkets a plenty and after trial and error, Asda comes up trumps. I can fill a trolley full of food and everyday products for £60 which is a lot cheaper then other leading supermarkets. I have never had ... Read the complete review

Asda is one of the main supermarket chains around and is the closest one to my home, and therefore the one that I most often shop at. Like most other supermarkets it offers a wide range of items to purchase. Most of the store is dedicated to food of course, with everything from the normal pre packaged and freezer foods, to fresh fruit, ... Read the complete review

I am normally a Tesco girl but when I am nearer to Asda I do tend to pop in. The staff are normally quite helpful but often seem very stressed! The range of products is fantastic, they have a good economy range but also good premium brands. The only problem I have with Asda is simply that it is SO huge and packed ... Read the complete review

ASDA's a funny place to shop at, and I can never really decide if I like it or not. See personally I prefer a more face to face store, such as the local Spar or butchers, but obviously ASDA is not this, in fact customer service at ASDA can initially by very hard to find, with everyone seeming to be very busy a lot of the time, and on ... Asda is probably one of the best value for money supermarkets around. We always go for a main shop every two weeks and although we use Tesco and Morrisons as well Asda is the main place. Asda stores are spaceous and airy and easy to get around. They have great instore backeries where you can get freshly baked bread and roles. A delicatessen where you can treat yourself to freshly made Pizza ready to cook. The Deli also serves up very delicious take away type meals at a fraction of the takewaway prices. Asda prices ...
