Advantages: Very easy returns system

Disadvantages: Brochures rather expensive

I have been an Avon rep for more years than I care to remember. I've always been very impressed with their products and also their returns service. Where else can you buy a product one month and, when and if it proves unsuitable for whater reason, can you then return it for replacement or full credit? You certainly cant go into a shop, buy several products - say likpsticks - just to test the colour - then return the unsuitable one several weeks later.
I have met lots of lovely people whilst doing Avon and many of them have become firm friends.
When I moved house in November 2007 I missed doing the Avon and therefore contacted the lolcal manager. She gave me the necessary support to build up a round in my new area. This enabled me to meet new people in the village - which has helped me to settle happily here. At 65 its not so easy to make new friends but Avon has enabled me to do this. Of course, having had many years experience, I didnt need too much support but I know that she is always there should I need her. Also, being on the internet has made the whole system much easier.
I also find that if I need to ring Avon up, they are always helpful and friendly.
I have very few problems with running my Avon round. Sometimes, of course, I dont always feel like turning out and facing the weather, but once I get going I'm fine.
So well done Avon - long may you continue to please people - I just wish your brochures were cheaper!

Summary: All in all - good products and prices.
