Advantages: delivery to your door.

If you still think of Avon as in the days of ding dong Avon calling and havent seen a catalogue since, you are certainly in for a big, pleasant surprise and I definately suggest you get hold of a catalogue just to see for yourself.

The ding dong is the only part that hasnt changed!

I had this delivered through my door and just put it aside to give back when they called and was very surprised when my daughters were delighted that we had the catalogue as they said it had some good things in it. I was surprised - teenage daughters saying something that had been going as long as Avon was 'good'! So I looked.

The Avon catalogue is now over 150 pages and often has a small booklet of special offers with it.

It has advanced from the days of just make up.

Every catalogue has special offers. There is a photograph of every item and a chart of colours to choose from. These colours are the exact colour you will get so you dont have to worry that it might not look the same when you buy it.

Some items in the catalogue are Skin so soft - this is shower gels, body scubs, moisturising creams, soaps and bath oils.

Aromatherapy - lotions, sprays, for sleep, stimulating and sensual.
Footworks - Files, refreshings, gels, creams, leg and muscle rubs and pampering feet items.
Naturals - a lot of tea tree and aloe items here for every part of the body.
On duty - deodorants and anti perspirants
Herbal care - hair whether dry, normal or oily.
Advance techniques - for hair to make it curly, fizzy, non fizzy sleek etc
Colour - includes all make up with a vast range of colours
Arabian Glow - everything to make you shimmer for the summer
Nails - varnish, stop bitting, new nails, and everything to help you look after them
Perfume and womans fragrance - not just the avon perfume but many brand names
Mens items - everything from talc to shaving gels
Lingerie - womans bras, pants cap
rice baby dolls
Accessories - bags, shoes
Jewellery - all kinds, very unusual and a reasonable price
Kids - teddys, games, dolls,
Suncare - lotions and sprays

So you can see it has changed in the last few years.

You can get the catalogue through the door where they will give you a leaflet to fill your order in and then tell you which day they will collect it and when it will be delivered. You pay on delivery. I find that you will not get it later than the day you are told but you might get it the day before.

I apologise for not putting prices but they vary so much and you can get a lot of buy 2 items get another free and sales that by the time you read this the price would have changed.

My daughters were right this has changed and kept up with modern times. It must do to have teenagers buying from it
