I paid £7000 for a fitted kitchen from B&Q in 2005 and have had nothing but problems. The kitchen was poorly fitted the appliances broke down within weeks.
I'm afraid to say that my problems are still ongoing.
The sink drainer was ot fixed properly and has been loose for two years. I have had it replaed several times ( some one came and stuck a lump of glue around the edges) I have had B&Q inspecters come to the house promising to rectify all problems but no one comes. I phone customer services who are rude Promise to ring back - Never do! I am at my wits end I cannot afford to take them to court ( I used all my savings for my new kitchen) Now I feel like I never got the dream kitchen I was promised just a ongoing nightmare!!!!

Summary: Dont use B&Q

I totally agree with everything said. I am having all the same problems. Customer service appauling nobody wants to know. BEWARE once they have your money thats their job done, move on to the next poor customer & con more money out of them.
