Advantages: Good customer service, and specialed checkout for trolleys load of wood.

Disadvantages: There is nothing wrong, in this text there is a solution to the problem.

This is a great store to get all the things you need for building projects, home, garden and many more. I go there to buy loads of wood to build my homemade roller coaster which is great, they have my type of wood and when i need that time all the way through the project, B&Q will always have that type of wood in stock which is good! They also do a customer service where they can cut the wood for you, I go to the B&Q in Hedgend, its funny this guy who mostly cuts my wood everytime i go there is called Geoff and im Jeff, as he is a really good helpful staff! B&Q to me is definateley the best place to get materials or wot so ever for building projects, paints etc. The good thing is they also have these big roller doors, so if u have a trolleys worth of wood, that is your ease of going through out there as another exit, also they have a couple extra tills just for that purpose, that is a solution of trying to go through the normal checkouts which can be difficult to get around with a trolleys load of wood! I love this place, no B&Q then it wud b no D.I.Y for me!

Summary: A D.I.Y hardware store, this is where i love buying all of my wood!
