I tried to buy items using the self service - and placed the items in the areas as indicated by the notices. A foreign assistant haughtily told me I had done it all wrong - despite doing exactly what the notices clearly told me to do - and made it clear that other customers never had a problem ie. I must be stupid!

I'm a cybernetics consultant to companies around the world - I am not spending money where assistants have no idea how to talk to the people that pay their wages.

I will spend my money elsewhere in future.
