Advantages: friendly staff, big range

Disadvantages: checkout queues

I do enjoy shopping at bhs at christmas time. the christmas shop is so fantastic, i go to the christmas shop every year ( since 2002, the opening of our local store which is basingstoke) they sell outstanding products at low prices, the staff are generous and kind, but there can be a big queue at the checkout, and if you like a product which is not there, they will look on the computer to see if it is in the stock room and if it is not they will ring round the other stores and check if it is in their stock rooms, if they have it they will send it up to the nearest store

Summary: i would recommend anyone who wants to go to a new department store
