Advantages: Good variety of products

British Home Stores is a chain store which sells a wide variety of products for your home and yourself. These products include clothes for men, women and children, home furnishings, gifts and toys.

The stores often also have a restaurant where you can grab something to eat and drink.

The clothes that British Home Stores stocks are suited for most people, they also sell school uniform for a variety of ages of children. The clothes can sometimes be on the expensive side but mostly seem reasonable. Sometimes the quality of the clothes that they stock can be on the poor side.

In the run up to Christmas British Home Stores have a huge range of Christmas decorations and gifts that seem to be of very high quality. They are very good for finding novelty Christmas presents for those hard to buy for relatives as well as something a little special or different.

My opinion:
British Home Stores sell a good variety of products and do not price them too highly. They are not really suited to teenagers or people following the latest trend but rather more practical. The variety of gifts and toys that they stock are quite small but you can often pick up something a little different or special.

Summary: Good for some things not for others!
