I have just visited british home stores in worthing west sussex,i last went 3 years ago and it was of a rating of 1 to 10 i would have given it a 4 then.However this time i have to say things have not improved.I had my mother with me and we decided to try the restaurant for lunch,which normally has been very good.Well ghost town in the restaurant or what?The dining area is big and out of approx 100 tables plus 3 were occupied!There was minimal food choice consisting of 4 hot meals and either chips,baked potato or very charred roast potatoes.No salad choice,no bread rolls,minimal pudding choice approx 2,no cooked vegetables,and most of all NO STAFF!!!!!!.One man aged about 25 doing the serving and also having to do the till of which he could not physically do both at once hence not doing either very well!Another tired worn out looking assistant who was as much use as a chocolate teapot!!!!COME ON BHS,you can do better than this,your restaurant was pretty good and busy 3 years ago,I have no desire to return unless you DO something positive with your restaurant.Marks out ten so far 1!!!!!Pull your finger out.
