Advantages: Great service in store, Staff always helpful, Great attitudes and knoleage

Disadvantages: Late fees even if you are a first time affender?

Blockbuster is a great company from its stores all over the uk to the online service!

One of the great parts of blockbusters is the face to face service you get in store, which is not quite the same with the online service.

I would also praise the staff that work in each store as the are always more than welcoming and are full of help with regards to new realses what they have seen and what they feel from a genra you would like.

The only down side to the store from the online service is the late fee that are encured even if you are only a day late not even a night which i feel is a great pitty, as im sure that im not the only person who is a long time user of ther services and very rarely bring a dvd back late to store yet even with a great track record they still charge you which if you have just had three dvd's out and they are all new realses this can cost around £4.50. Surely the store could look at a way of the system showing that this is a first or even second time latiness and could clear this as a good will offer?

Summary: Great part of Englad as Eenglish as the british rose
