Before the internet domination took over Blockbuster was so popular with everyone. These days it seems like that has changed and I would be surprised is my local Blockbuster gets at least 50 customers a week I highly doubt it! I gave it a go at Blockbuster last month just to check out the prices of their rentals.

Nothing has changed here at all with their prices still being high for the rentals. My little nephew wanted Fifa 10 before it came out for rental and the price at Blockbuster was over 3.95 per night! Who on earth would want to pay that! Do they not realize that Lovefilm offers the game for rent to at a much lower monthly price.

The rental prices for their dvds also have not changed much at all. It would be good if Blockbuster sets up a free trial run in store. If they can not do this I can see them easily going out of business in the next couple of years. The only reason you may want to use the store now is when you need a rental straight away.

Other than that the rental prices are too high, I rather use Lovefilm and rent from there online. Blockbuster also at times have low stock and their customer service is not that good either. The only advantage of coming here is getting a rental straight away if not do not bother with them any more.
