Advantages: Good selection, frequent offers, ex-rentals for sale

Disadvantages: A bit more expensive than the competition

I rent videos from Blockbuster Video once or twice a week. They are quite expensive but in my opinion they are worth the extra money. I've been to one of Blockbuster Video's largest rivals and they were cheaper, but they didn't have the choice or customer service levels that Blockbuster has.

Blockbuster have loads of special offers and deals on which give great value for money. There are multi buy deals where you can rent a video, get some popcorn and a drink for a set price which is quite good.

The selection of videos available is very large, with new releases having at least 40 copies each which means normally, you're gonna get what you want.

They also have a selection of ex-rental videos, dvds and console games for sale too so when you want a game, dvd or vid but can't afford to buy it new, then you go to Blockbuster and get it cheaper.

I also receive regular information through the mail from Blockbuster Video and discount vouchers which is an extra bonus.

All in all, what with a large choice, special deals and ex-rentals, Blockbuster is a reliable, value for money store which is a little bit more expensive than it's competition but they provide better service and actual value for the extra expense.
