Blooming Marvellous

Ordered several times. Products are acceptable but I received very poor service. I have had four bad experiences. First time several items were listed as in stock on the website, then became out of stock before delivery. I called customer services twice to say that I wanted the out of stock items cancelled instead of having them delivered when available. The items I had cancelled were still delivered, many weeks later and I had to pay to return them. Until I got pregnant with my first child earlier this year I had never considered just how hard it is to buy maternity clothes on the High Street. Very few places offer a range, some have a maternity range in store but not online but sizing can be very hit and miss- not ideal if you can't try on. Then a friend of mine with two children suggested Blooming Marvellous to me. I am fortunate that there is a store near to where I work (there are only 11 stores nationwide) so I was able to try the clothes before I bought. You look positively Blooming!!! I have heard that quite a lot during my pregnancy and I'm sure thousands of other women do too so to have a maternity/baby store called Blooming Marvellous is genius in my opinion. I was not actually aware of this store until I became pregnant when my next door neighbour gave me one of their catalogues. They also have some physical stores around the country but because there was not one near when I lived I did not know of its existence and to be honest before this whole adventure I probably had no need to know it was there and would have ignored it on the high street anyway! This one of my favourite online baby shops. They sell beautiful clothes for babies and really nice maternity wear for mum to be. They stock a huge range of accessories from nursery furniture to toys. Their pricing is quite odd, some items are cheap in comparison to other site while others a way more expensive, worth shopping around first. What they do stock is really good quality useful products. Delivery is quite quick and the customer service is good if you want to return anything. Without doubt the worst online shopping experience I have had. If you order from this company, do not expect the right product to arrive at any time. Then expect endless debate regarding refund, which I still have not recieved. Customer service seems to be non existant.
Awful experince and enough to put you off online shopping for good.
