Advantages: If the equipment does break down, they do come out to repair it quick

Disadvantages: poor customer service when you need it & hard to cancel, even when minimum contract ends.

I have been a customer with them for many years. This was when it was called radio rentals. I am paying about £22 a month for tv & video. I phoned them yesterday to cancel, but they told me I could be paying £11 a month for it. They said that I should of phoned them to pay the cheaper rate. So all this time I've been paying them this amount, and they had ago saying that I should of phoned them, if am a loyal customer, they should of phoned me to let me know. The point am making is that am paid up to the 3rd december, they said that they won't collect the equipment until january next year, They even said I would have to pay for an extra month. I have paid on time since renting from them, and because I want to now cancel, they won't let go. I would advise any one who is thinking of renting from this company is to go somewhere else, because the customer care is disgusting. And by looking at the other reviews about this company, I am now not supprised.

Summary: Rent somewhere else, or buy brand new. Don't make a mistake that I have done.
