What is going on with this club? I have just received a letter from a Debt Collector saying that I owe £6.49 for a dvd that I supposedly bought in June. I rang them and I'm told I had only paid £10.99 at the time and that this was the balance. They also claim that Britannia are in administration. To top it off, they then said I had to pay a fee of £2.50 as i hadn't paid it in the time set out in the letter but I rang them the same day as I got the letter!!! Surely they can't do this? Is this a scam or does this mean i have to trot off to my local solictors office? I don't even remember buying a dvd from them and wasn't allowed to know the name of it because of Client confidentiality!!!! They've lost the plot. Definately stay away from them!
