Disadvantages: you pay more for damaged products that you will still be charged for and won't get any help if you need it.Terrible.
We thought it was a good idea to join the well known Britannia Video Club to collect the Only Fools and Horses collection. Little did we know what we had in store. Not only did we receive damaged products on numerous occasions but when we tried to rectify this we found that the Customer Helpline was of no help, and the customer care was non existent. We sent back a broken video case on one occasion complete with video. Britannia sent back an empty video case and charged us both for postage of it and for the video we had already sent back. Despite numerous emails and letters we had no reply to any of them and no video either. And still they sent the letters asking for payment! Eventually, two months later we did receive the video and an undamaged box and despite all the hassles they still charged us for their appalling "service". So the moral of this story is - stay away from Britannia - you'll regret it if you don't!
