I joined Britannia a couple of years ago - the biggest mistake ever! The introductory offer is good but that is it! Not only do you have to pay almost £2 in P&P, but it takes over a week for your order to arrive after you have placed it!

They insist on wasting money by sending you "recommended recordings". If you do not return the slip, or do it online or by phone, they will send you the video. Even though I have cancelled every one, on a couple of ocassions they still sent me the video so I made them pay the postage back to them!

I ordered a video from Britannia in December 1998. They guaranteed it would arrive in time for Christmas. I ordered well in advance but did not hear anything until Christmas Eve when a letter arrived saying it was out of stock! I could not buy from a high street shop because the shops had closed by now! I was very angry about this and complained but did not receive a letter back! About two weeks later a video arrived, not the one I had ordered! I checked all my catalogue's for the order number and guess what? They only gave two videos the same order number, and they sent me the other video!

At that point, I cancelled my account. Do not join Britannia! I now buy my videos from an online video shop at cheap prices, free P&P, arrives in 2 days plus I get money back. The worst company I have ever delt with.
