Disadvantages: rude, unprofessional, once they get your money they will not even acknowledge you exist

i ordered my carpets from carpet right in the begining of january, i chose my carpet and was told it would cost such and such but they needed to measure up first, so they came over to my house around a week later, then was told that i needed to pay such and such for the carpet and 135.00 for the fitters, i agreed that was alright.
The salesman then said i would need to pay for the fitters parking, it was at this point i started to think wow, the price of this carpet is going up and up by the minute...he left and went back to the store.

one week later i get another invoice where they taken 91.72 from my barclaycard and another invoice stating i need to pay the fitter 157.00 when i phoned the store up, they were sooo rude because they have already helped themselves to my money and they didn't really need to be nice anymore, i told them that out of principle i am not paying 20 pounds for the fitters delivery, that is not what i was told in store or at home when the salesman came to measure up i asked for the head office number and hung up.

the following day i rung the head office and the same thing, nothing different, no customer service at all just one moany bored woman on the other end couldn't even be bothered to listen to what i have to say because she has heard it a trillion times, after coming to the conclusion that this women just DOES NOT CARE i asked if i could speak to the the manager or someone Superior to her she refused bluntly, i asked why i couldn't and she said "just because he isn't here" i asked where he was and she honestly said "that isn't any of your business" errrm training must of paid off then!!! anyway by this point i was boiling with rage so i just put the phone down on her i am now contacting my barclaycard to see if they can get my money back from them, i will let you know if i was successful


overall carpet right is run by a very unprofessional bunch of people
