Advantages: Efficient, accessible, good value

Disadvantages: Limited choice, variable service

We bought a carpet from CR in Burgess Hill, W Sussex with no problem. They were helpful but no pressure selling. They did an accurate estimate of fitting costs - about 180 quid for most of a small semi - and sent a fitter round to measure up at a convenient time 2 days later. Carpet was fitted nicely before we moved in. Fitter was a bit lugubrious and wanted cash not a cheque, but no big deal. Good value no complaints.

Summary: Good value. No real complaints
