Disadvantages: too big to care

People think big companies on big retail parks.are the places to shop in, there is no service, sales are commision driven.Come to my store United carpets in Chester the customer is king, and if you cant come to me , i will try and come to you , BIG is not always beautifull,The smaller retailer will give more one to one attention, and if he does, nt, then he is not interested in your needs, just taking your money

Summary: the customer is our life line, make every one feel king
