Advantages: I quickly made up my mind not to buy from Carpet Right

Disadvantages: I have no carpet!

My girlfriend and I visited Carpet Wrong in Edmonton this week and after 15 minutes of walking around the shop being totally ignored by the three staff (we were the only customers) they decided it was time to close and locked us in. The manager (I assume as he was the one talking on the mobile phone the entire time we were in there) let us out after I communicated my dissatisfaction at the fact that nobody could be bothered to even speak to us.

If thats how they are when you are looking to buy (we had picked the carpet) then heaven knows how the fitting and after sales service is going to be.

Walk away. I did!
