Advantages: Ask for a detailed breakdown and dont pay on the estimate

Carpet Right Swindon, estimated 3 meters more carpet than I needed. Did not detail any measurements on their estimate and insisted I pay on estimate. The estimate omitted any details at all of the measurements, or how he came to his figure. When I later requested the measurements and queried them they became abusive. They refuse to amend their quote and refused to let me cancel the underlay, fitters or amend the overcharge. And beware of the hidden charges, extra for difficult fitting of stairs!!! Plus additional to pay the fitters and more than you need just in case their fitters cut it badly. Their service is terrible, they are rude to customers, and they rip you off. Avoid like the plague.
