Advantages: Same quality job at a reasonable price

Disadvantages: Always very busy so needed to book 2 weeks ahead

Walked through their North Sheilds store for 20 mins whilst the staff were drinking coffee at or around the front desk.
Walked out of the store to find a carpet fitter who had had to wait 20 mins before he could pick up a piece of carpet for his own customer.
After a quick chat he came round next day, measured our full house and quoted for fitting and all accessories at a fraction of the stores prices and gave us an itemised list of all of our room sizes so we could shop around for our carpets.
He was called Mark Ward and lived in Whitley Bay. He made a really nice job and even picked our carpets up to avoid the delivery charge from the store.CarpetRight 0, Mark Ward 5!!!

Summary: New to the area we should have asked around for quality trades instaed of sticking to the highstreet
