i bought an off cut from bracknell carpetright for £135 and the label said it was half price i assumed that for a 4meter square at £270 i was getting a good quality carpet when it arrived i realised it was foam backed and so rang the shop and asked them to price my room with this carpet and they said it would cost £83. so i was really over charged so they do not sell bargains. i rang the shop and they just said the carpet was originally £16.99 per square meter even though on the day i got the off cut it only cost £6.99 i was wrong not to check out the prices myself on the day but i really did not expect to be ripped off by such a big company dont buy the off cuts the manager just told me to ring trading standards
