I thank you so much for all your comments... I shall certainly NOT be using this company to carpet my sons (oversized) room at his new uni residence.
I intended to use them for convenience (as i live 60 odd miles away from Nottingham and was looking for a company that would offer 'piece of mind')
I can't imagine the trauma it would cause if he had to continually take time off his studies to wait around for some rude, unprofessional carpet-right carpet layer to fit his carpet ... not to mention the stress it would cause little old me as I am not the most patient nor understanding person on the planet!!!
