Disadvantages: Fitting service, imposible to cannot cancel an order

They could be awarded worst customer service! I'm having a big problems to arrange fitting of vinyl flooring in my bathroom. The first time they came around and said that the floorboards were not even and that had to be re-boarded. I appreciated that and had the job done. Now I'm having problems to re-book fitting. The fitters are not answering calls or keep breaking promises. When called Guildford store they were extremely unhelpful and said it's between fitters and myself to arrange appointment. Great service! This way I can wait indefinitely for someone to come and fit the vinyl.
Won't do business with them again!
