BEFORE I START I'M SORRY I CAN NOT SPELL TO SAVE MY LIFE

i have been working as a fitter for carpet right and story carpets for the last 9 year

before story carpets was taken over by loard whoever the hell he is ( carpet right owner) they had one of the best custmer servcies team around there was never a bad word said about them

2 months after the take over and half the sales staf had been layed off

now all the remaining astff are botherd about is your cash as if they dont meet there targets there will be more cuts in there store

i no my self from talking to some managment that i'v known for years things had changed
they no longer are aloud to think or help the custmer
the last thing loard carpet right will do is give a refund or a credit
once you have the carpet they do not want to no you unless your gona spend more cash in store

they only do this because if they do not there is always some 1 else that will and they will be out of a job!

Hey look things go rong with every thing every now and then ..... thats life ....... and why should staff feel like its there fault and cral up custmers arses for some think not there fault when they are doing there job to the best of there abilteys half the time the staff do not see the carpet they just take the order and thats it

there again tho as i am a fitter i see the custmer at the end of there buy and when its down on there floor
i get 1 out of 50 custmers that are not happy with the service they recived from staff but i have never had a custmer complain about price !

i no that back street shops and other stores can not get into comptition with carpetright as they are now the bigist carpet shop in the uk and they own stores sutch as story carpets, walter wall ,ect ect

if you think you would rather pay more for less ........ go some where else
but just remember the staff that work there are just like you !
and if you worked there you'd be just like them !
