Stay away!!!

I wanted a new carpet for my entire flat, but only needed a bedroom first, I was told if I wanted the same matching carpet throughout I would have to buy the whole flat at the same time. I explained I was no where near ready for the rest, as I had not started to decorate and could be months/years before I was ready for it, no problem they said we will sore it in our warehouse until you are ready for it.

I was overcharged as it was supposed to be free underlay or free fitting, was then offered a refund then they said they had discounted the underlay as I had got a better underlay, so no refund!! And was charged for fitting, but as I have not now had it fitted do I get a refund???

When I contacted them to have the lounge carpet done, they said they could not find my carpet, saying I had left it too long!!

Do not trust them, stay away.

When I asked if they had tried to contact me, they said well we could say we had written to you, and you could say you had not got it!! That sums them up!! They say my carpet must have been disposed of, in other words my £1900 carpet has been sold twice!!

Now I have to fight to get anywhere, and will I get a matching carpet??
