The last time I went to a Carpet Right shop was just 4 months ago in Jan. I wanted to get a new carpet for my bedroom and came to the branch in Manchester. I was delighted with the parking space available for customers right outside. On the way inside here I was greeted by one worker near the door. Why he was near the door greeting customers I had no Idea!

I had a look around and found some very nice carpets with some excellent designs. The quality of the carpets they had available here were really good. The carpets prices though were a little high and each metre of carpet you buy from here can hurt your pocket a lot if you are on a budget.

The carpet I choose was a plain blue one which came with under lay fitting for free. However on the check out till I was charged for it. I did not notice until I checked my bank statement. After calling them they sent out a cheque for the mistake.This was the only problem I had with them in my time of using them.

Their fitter at a charge fitted the carpet for me and I am delighted with the top quality carpet I got. In my opinion you need to be careful of the charges with them as they do often over charge people. This even happened to my cousin when he came here to. Just remember to make sure they have charged you right before leaving here. The choice of carpet available here is very good though!
