I have used Carpet Right twice now and both times found them to be very good.

Firstly, I bought a bedroom carpet from them in 2000, which we are very ahppy with. We measured up ourselves for this one but they do send out a estimator free of charge if you prefer. The price was great as it was a 50% off sale and we got exactly hat we wanted. They didn't try to sell us other stuff either, like underlay, grippers etc.

The second time we used them was in Dec 2001 where we had quite a big job to do. We carpeted the dining room, the stairs, the upstairs hallway and had lino put down in the kitchen and downstairs bathroom. All this including screeding we needed doing for the lino was about £400. Fitting is extra though as is done by contractors not by Carpet Right themselves.

The estimator who came round was great, really thorough and priced up everything for me there and then. We thought it best to use an estimator as we had difficulty estimating how much carpet is needed for stairs.

All in all I am happy with the service at Carpet Right, the choice is very good, they delivered when they said they would and the fitters they used were excellent.
