Advantages: Carpets are satisfactory nothing special

Disadvantages: Very poor customer service, Unreliable fitter, Poor attitude of store manager

I am now waiting for my fifth appointment for the carpets to be fitted, all the other points about how they ramp up the costs are true, but there attitude to customer service is very much "tough luck and put up with it", I actually had the manager say to me when I asked why he wasn't doing more that he'd done enough and wasn't going to do any more to help me.

The carpets are OK but don't use there fitting service and don't expect any king of customer service.
