Carphone Warehouse

I visited the carphone warehouse when looking for my current mobile phone. The Metrocentre shop is well laid out, with clear displays and a good range of products and tariffs. IT is decorated in a reasonably modern style, and is light and airy, so the shop itself is not too oppressive. Good glossy brochures were also readily available, and in most cases a lot more help than the shop itself. Unfortunately then we come to the staff. Came to shop at Carphone Warehouse to look for some new mobile phones only a month ago. They actually had some cheap deals for the pay as you go mobile phones available to.There was one staff member though harassing me all the way when coming here. I only asked to be shown the best deals around and instead I was getting forced into taking a new contract out with Carphone Warehouse. I even asked the staff member to stop who just did not care one bit at all and carried on harassing me more and more! Looking for a new contract and on Tuesday a week back had the chance to come to Carphone Warehouse. On the way in a pleasant chap on reception told me if I needed some help then he was here. First did a search around to see if there was any deals around which could interest me. Did not though find any contract deals to my interest. Just was heading out of the store when the staff pulled me back. He told me he could do a special deal for me only and knock a contract down to half price. Carphone Warehouse is one of those stores that you will find in most high streets and town centres. There main seller is mobile phones on all UK networks but also sell laptops, mobile internet and iPod's. I started using Carphone Warehouse quite a few years back after I needed to upgraded my phone, and like most people, thought buying from a big chain and name such as this company thought I'd get a good all round package.
