Carphone Warehouse is one of the major phone shops on the highstreet; it offers all the networks apart from Three and a really good point about using this shop is that every phone they stock is unlocked to all the networks! I have used them a few times and am currently looking for a new phone, hence this review. They are better than competitors because they offer good add-on deals, for example at the moment if you buy a £35 plus contract you get a free laptop, Wii or DSI - good value and you can easily put them on ebay if you want to! The range of phones is large and the customer service is on the whole knowledgeable - i have met the odd Saturday person who doesnt know all the detail, however they are quick to take you to someone who can help at least! They do focus on the sale, but are willing to talk through options and accept a return visit rather than pressurizing a sale. The only annoying thing is that the phones displayed do not say what options they have for price plans and also dont show what free things you can/cant get - this results in the employee having to manually trail through each phone in order to find what free things come with which phone - timely but the end product is good value so its not too much of an issue if you dont mind waiting!! All in all i would use happily.
