The workers working in "carphone warehouse", firstly Theyre working in a "carphone warehouse", their attitude & professionalism is sooo bad, you'd think they're doing YOU a favor..secondly if they can't convince you to buy or stuck with what they ordered for you- they'll ball like a child & give you an attitude. Secondly their customer service people are plain rude- they'll jus yell at you- I can't help!, the store people were like that's just how they operate, you just have to know how to talk to them. Oh so "rudeness" to your customers is their official mantra I guess. Never ever goto carphone warehouse- jus deal with companies directly..they are plain useless, at this day & age, I don't even know why they exist.

CPW is just the middle man who proceeds the contracts through networks. They just give you the best priceplan and offer the best network for you, but after signing the contract you get the service from mobile provider which means, all the terms and conditions are from the network not made up by carphone warehouse. People should finally realise it!!!

I have been a long term CPW customer but that counts for nothing with them. I got a Nokia 5530 as part of a 24 month contract but it broke 5 weeks after I got it, 2 weeks to repair & it broke again (same fault) 5 days later, 1 week to repair and the 3rd time it broke again with the same fault before I got it out of the shop.CPW customer service was totally unhelpful & refused to replace the phone unless it broke at least 4 times. Have spent ages on the phone to them and made 4 wasted journeys to the shop. Customer services are rude and unhelpful. CPW just lost a customer.Interestingly they can quote the Sale of Goods Act off by heart -- I wonder why this would be?

In January I upgraded and I got a new phone, Samsung Jet, and it has been the worst phone I have ever had. In addition Carphone warehouse customer service has been completely rubbish in helping me resolve the problems with the phone. It has been two months since I've had the phone and the issue has not been resolved and I have been using my old phone. I have had people hang up the phone on me and although I have complained about the poor customer service, there has not even been an apology let alone trying to resolve the phone problem. I would never go to them again, instead go directly to a telecommunications company; they seem to treat their customers differently.
