I popped down to my local store to get some new ink cartridges and the guy happily swapped my empty ones for some full ones. However when I got home one of my new cartridges didn't actualy work - I got a blinking light on the printer. It was then a couple of weeks before I managed to get back to the store to swap the faulty cartridge. When I explained the situation to the woman in the store she point blank refused to swap my cartridge. Because the cartridge had been left out of the printer for 2-3 weeks, most of the ink had evaprated. The girl in the store refused point blank to believe that the ink could evaporate, claimed that I must have used the ink - basically ... Read the complete review

I have been buying replacement cartridges on the Internet. I've found an on-line store that I think is very good value for money and gives excellent service. I will be writing a review of them just as soon as Dooyoo pulls its finger out and adds them to the appropriate category. I have been buying genuine HP ... Read the complete review

I would like to say my main reason for my first very recent visit to a Cartridge World store was the environment, but honestly it was the fact I was told they were cheaper than buying a new ink cartridge and it is nearly Christmas!! It was only when I had a look on the website that I really saw the positive side to having your cartridge refilled rather than just buying a new one. There may be people thinking I am a bit naive not thinking about this before but for as long as I can remember I have sent off all my old cartridges to the RSPCA as they can get some money back for them - (after discovering this store I will now try to donate to them in other ...
