I bought a faulty item, which the store in Wakefield refused to refund.THIS IS ILLEGAL!Spoke to the store manager and their HEad Office.Knowone was interested once they had my money.Will not be going back
Had such hopes for this company, however, my first experience will be my last!I purchased a pico projector online from their Accrington store that was advertised as in good condition, with charger and cables.I received a projector that was non-functional with no charger and a cable that did not even fit it.All items were proprietary to this projector so to make it functional I have spent more on the items that should have been included than the projector itself!I have written to "customer services" (and I use the term loosely) and the store itself, I have received no reply whatsoever from the Accrington store and "Someone" at customer services just forwards messages to me that have been sent to the store with not a sign of an apology or refund from either.
Ordered an item from the Peckham store online 2 weeks ago and was sent a confirmation and dispatch notice almost straight away. It still has not arrived and meanwhile I am £70 out of pocket. Have tried to contact store but they have been silent on the matter which I find highly suspicious. Furious.
would not recommend this company to anyone put my I phone in for a cash loan worked perfectly fine got it back today an its broke. when I went back the shop they tried a sim card in it and it still wouldn't work all they said is sorry don't know what has happened so now I have got to pay to get my phone fixed all I can say about these people are they are very untrustworthy people and I would encourage people not to go to them.
I purchased an inspection camera, it arrived broken with wires hanging out, scree saying there was an error. Reviewing the photos used to sell it, it was clear the photos had been taken with the damaged part kept out of shot.The manager has arranged to collect it but the courier did not come at the arranged time, so 2 week on I'm waiting for a refund and had to spend a small fortune on a new item for a specific job.The manager has been in touch several times and seems genuinely sorry for the problem but it should never have happened. Tools earn money, so tools need to work or be listed as being damaged!
After losing a few auctions for Blu Ray players on EBay - I refused to pay more than £40! I stumbled on a £30 Sony player on google shopping - redirected to Cash Generator site - bought for £29.99 plus £4 delivery - received bubble wrapped to death within 2 Days! Fantastic product that was over £150 - 3 years ago! Will definitely shop here again.
Bought a £350 DSLR camera but when it was delivered discovered I had been sold a European product, with European plug and manual in Spanish!! Not mentioned in the listing. When I phoned the store it came from, as your advised, was first told "couldn't I find another plug from a gaming machine or something?" and then was eventually told to buy replacement charger (and needed a replacement manual), so spent a further £33 on resolving the issues.Emailed the branch with receipts - no reply! Emailed head office - no reply! Was today sent an email from Cash Generators asking me to leave feedback of my experience on this site... My feedback is DON'T TOUCH THEM, SHOCKING EXPERIENCE AND WILL NEVER USE AGAIN.
Having placed an order online with cash generator in early January I waited expectantly for the goods to arrive. Two weeks later there was still nothing, so over the space of a few days I sent several emails to the store - still nothing.I eventually phoned the store and was told that they would look into the order and get back to me - still no response!I then emailed the customer service team at head office, and over a week later I am still waiting for even an acknowledgement of the complaint, let alone any resolution.One of the worst online shopping experiences I have experienced - if you hope to receive the goods you've ordered or to have any form of communication from the company then stay well away from this company. I certainly won't be using them again.
The ordered item never arrived. After three weeks I contacted responsible shop through their website but they did not bother to reply. After another few days I contacted them through PayPal and this time they refunded me with apologies (item not in stock apparently). It makes you wonder how frustrating the whole thing would be if I did not use PayPal. Judging by other reviews this seems to be a recurring theme in Cash Generator dealings - item not in stock but nobody bothers to inform you about it, your emails are ignored and they seem to hope you will not care that much that you have paid for nothing. They seem to refund only when third party is supervising. Do yourselves a favour and avoid them. Do not do business with them.
Bought a tablet of them from eBay, this item never turned up. Contacted them again said to wait a while longer the item never arrived. They blamed the courier and then said this was now out of stock, got a refund.
I ordered a CD and received a confirmation of dispatch the same day. After a week, I became concerned so filled out the web form on the site to query it. After another week, I attempted to contact Cash Generator via PayPal. This was also ignored. Fortunately Paypal refunded my payment.
I bought a Used Sony PS3 from the website (Leyton store).
It arrived in very poor packaging, no protection whatsoever, just shrink wrapped...in fact the plug had pierced through it.
I powered it on, only to find that it was faulty and wouldn't play discs. I immediately contacted the Leyton store, where a member of staff advised me to send it back for refund or exchange.
I sent it straight back to the store, at a further cost of over £11. I also ensured it was far better protected than when received.
3 to 4 days later, I received an email apparantly stating that I had broken a security seal and therefore not eligible for a refund or exchange. They would offer to send me the faulty one back if I pay further postage.
How convenient for them...they are complete bare faced liers. I have a totally clear conscience...I absolutely did not tamper with the device at all and did not break any type of seal.
It leads me to suspect that they knew the item was faulty in the first place.
I have had no response from their head office.
Customer service s dreadful and they should be ashamed of themselves for treating customers this way. It is as good as thieving.
They have over £100 of my hard earned money. I have had to open a dispute with PayPal, and will take legal action if neccasary.
It has caused a massive inconvenience and upset a little boy, who still doesn't have his Playstation.

I have tried both online and instore and I can only say there's nothing good about the company. For instore, when I tried to sell some of my items they give the worse prices ever, sometimes even as low as 20% of what the item is currently worth, As for buying, I bought a mobile phone once which they didn't check and was faulty, when I took it back the staff thought I broke it myself and was initially was faithfully of refunding until I argued with him. As for their online site, I actually haven't bought anything yet because I seen a few items of interest, but their descriptions was so vague I wanted to contact them for specific details before buying (incase I buy another faulty item again!). I contacted like ten stores and got one reply, who was rude in the email and didn't really answer my query. So in conclusion, they sell products they don't bother checking, they accuse you if there's anything wrong with it, and worse of all, they have very poor customer service.
I ordered a camera online at 3am last Saturday. I had a message saying it was posted at 12 noon that day. I received it here in Manchester on the Monday morning - amazing! It was in excellent condition and I am very happy with my purchase. Thanks, staff at cash Generator, Leeds Kirkgate.
Bought and paid for an item via their website only to be told the next day it had been sold in the shop.
