Well... I feel that the best person you can ask for advice from about a musical instrument shop is an employee or a satisfied customer who realises their fantasic efforts towards top quality customer service and extensive supply of musical instruments and sheet music. I am an employee and I have dealt with many customers who were extremely happy with the service offered. Chappells has two branches.... one located in Bond Street - London (off Oxford Street) and one in Central Milton Keynes.
