1st class celebrations is website with a great range of party themes, games, prizes, presents, etc. They do not just cater for childrens parties, they also cater for adult parties, Christenings, etc...

I first used this company a couple of weeks ago as I am planning my daughters 1st party.

~ THE WEBSITE ~

The website is easy to navigate around. There is a column on the left with a menu bar to choose where you would like to go first. You can choose which themed goods you would like to buy for out of:

HOLY COMMUNION
NAMING DAYS

Once you click on a choice above, many different options appear to take you exactly to the page you want. EG. I clicked 'birthdays' and down drops a long list with 21 different options depending on what you would like to order first.

Also when you first open the website, a pop-up appears stating there is free standard postage & packing on internet orders over £50. It also states the time scale...standard delivery is approx 5 working days.

So...once you have chosen the options on the left, depending on the party your hosting, up comes pictures of each item available. Click on the individual item to read a short description & see the price. At this point, there is a box to add the quantity of this item you desire, then click 'add to basket'...as with regular shopping websites. This is all straight forward, clear concise looking webpages...which is all you want when browsing and shopping online.

~ MY EXPERIENCE ~

I registered with 1st class celebrations which is a simple process of imputting a few simple details and email address. You are sent an activation email immediately, which you click a link to validate your email address. This was very simple, and went according to planned. I could then order my goods.

I placed my order of approx 20 items on 30th January. I had no problems using the site. I simply clicked 'add to basket' any items I required, and when I had finished, I clicked 'go to checkout'. This led me directly to my basket, where I could continue shopping, or checkout and pay. I checked out, and received a confirmation via email within 1/2 hour. In the confirmation email they provided an order ID a ProTX payment reference number and an authorisation number. It also stated the exact date and time I placed my order. A clear and concise email, all that is needed.

On the website you can choose the option 'my account' at anytime for an update on your order. This screen will provide you with the order number on the left, then the date of the order, the amount and finally the process. Eg. ordered or complete.

My order arrived in a large, cardboard box, which was sealed well on Friday 2nd February...so this was within their 5 day delivery guideline.

All the goods were packed in well, amongst shredded paper. Nothing was damaged, all was there, and a list of my goods order was inside for me to check against. Perfect! No complaints, nothing wrong.

~ QUALITY OF PRODUCTS ~

The quality of the products were great. The paper plates, cups, hats etc are all thick card, and are easily going to withstand handling from the kiddies. The design is lovely and bright, and exactly how it was advertised.

A sample of prices, for a childrens paper plate 25p-28p each, for a paper cup 25p each. These are a few pence lower than many other party supply sites I visited before choosing 1st class celebrations.

I recommend 1stclasscelebrations for your party needs!!! As I'm sure the other party supplies are as good quality and the service will be as good as with the childrens bits I have recently received.
