Claires accessories is a shop that sells a number of different types of accessories such as: scarves, bags, hair grips, gift bags, hen do packs and gloves. The shop is mainly aimed at teenage girls; however I have known several grown women to make purchases at Claires, including me.

The shop also offers an ear piercing service, so its good if you want to have your ears pierced or even your childrens ears pierced.

One of the most recent things I harbrought from Claires accessories was some hair grips and a lovely little hair slide. I paid £1.50 for 25 hair grips, which is bargain if you compare it to Tesco's who charge around £2 for 10. Although my hair grips were cheap I did find that some of the other that products were fairly expensive, especially for the quality of the products, for example: I noticed a scarf cost £10 but you wouldn't have thought it cost that much by looking at it because the material seemed to be of poor quality and I know full well you can get better quality scarves at Dorothy Perkins for the same price.

The shop floor itself looks clean and the products are organised as they are well organised, however it does look a bit cluttered when you enter the shop because they sell so many items.

I would say that the shop has a wide range of products but they are not necessarily high quality, so if you do go in and want to make a purchase check the quality and compare it to the price.

When I paid for my product I found that the staff were friendly and quite helpful and they showed off good customer service skills.

Summary: Overall good shop but not the best
