Great for teenagers (Claire's)

Advantages: Good selection of products, good deals and offers, great for young girls

Disadvantages: You outgrow the products once you get into your late teens

I used to shop here all the time when i was a young teenager as i loved the big selection of funky jewellery, hair clips and accessories.

Im a really girly girl so used to love experimenting with different hairstyles and make-up so this shop was perfect for me.

If you have never heard of Claires Accessories, it is a retailer of accessories and jewellery aimed mostly at young girls and young women.

I remember going to my works christmas party a few years ago and wanting to do my hair like Amy Winehouse.

I could only find hair doughnuts in Claires Accessories and was glad i had tried here as i couldnt find them anywhere else. My hair ended up looking brilliant and i got loads of really nice comments!

The shop themselves say that they sell products for females from ages 3 to 27. Im 27 myself and i wouldnt really go in here now as i think its more suited to teenagers and being 27 and still buying stuff from here is maybe just a little tacky in my opinion.

Claires Accessories have started selling some nice really bright eyecatching handbags which i noticed a few days ago when i was walking past the shop.

They have good offers on like five products for five pounds which is good as teenagers can buy things at pocket money prices.

Overall, i think Claires Accessories is a good little shop perfect for teenagers and young girls but not for anyone over about 16.

The shops themselves are quite small and compact so be careful if you go in you dont turn around too quickly or have any sudden movements as you may knock a whole rail of hair bobbles down (which i nearly did once!)

A good shop that you can buy the odd little stocking filler in and a good place to nip into to get a hair bobble if you have run out of the house without one.
