Clarkes poor staff training (Clarks)

Disadvantages: Poor staff training

Like most parents we decided to buy all our sons shoes from Clarkes as the name has a very good reputation and the shoes are always strong and practical,but they could do with a bit more staff training if my last shoe shopping trip is anything to go by,3 different assistents in 2 different stores measured my sons feet and each one measured him and came out with a different size, I was so angry the shoes they tried on him were either too small or too wide but they still said they were fine, in desperation we went to an independent shoe store that sold Clarkes shoes, the assistant spent 20 minutes fitting my son properly with a pair of Clarkes shoes, I left feeling very let down by the Clarkes name.I will still buy Clarkes shoes but I will be more selective about where I buy them.
