Advantages: Can find most things there

Disadvantages: A little too expensive

I do quite often visit my local co-op as its only 100 yards from where i live. It sells a variety of items, such a food, magazines and even the odd book. Food consists of frsh bread, fresh fruit and vegetables, buscuits, chocolate, ice cream and plenty more.
The only reason i shop at co-op is that its convenient as i dnt have a car and the nearest Tesco is 2 miles away. Co-op is expensive. You could buy the same item from tesco for half the price of what you would pay in Co-op, this is their downfall.
Co-op's do normally have a cash machine available, but everytime i want some cash out of it, the machine is empty.
Another downfall i find about co-op is the staff. The all seems really laid back, and when asking where i could find an item, they just point ant tell me which isle. I think good customer service is walking the customer to the item is and helpin them find it from thhat place. Maybe more customer srrvice traint would not go amiss, oh and of course lowerering their prices a little bit.

Summary: Its not bad
